Political Support SIgns

Dear JHLA Residents

It has been brought to my attention that there are some political support signs being put up in several yards. According to our deed restrictions section C.10.A:

“No sign of any character shall be displayed except a “for sale” or “for rent” sign referring only to the premises on which displayed, provided the form and the size of each such sign is first approved in writing by the Association”

While I would encourage every resident to support their candidate of choice, the signs do need to be removed to be following our deed restrictions.

Snow Plow Information ❄️

JHLA is contracted with MC Property, LLC for our snow removal. They are able to clear snow from individual driveways for a fee. Call 248-563-5534 for info.
