Message From The Treasurer Re: JHLA Dues

Happy April 29, 2026! First of all, I would like to thank everyone who has already submitted their dues payment. As of today, I have received 74% of the dues from our home owners association members.

Dues are due on May 1, 2026. After that a $25 late fee will be added to the invoice. If you have requested beach lot storage or a boat slip and have not paid, you will lose your slot and any waitlisted members will be allowed to take those spaces. If this is the first that you have learned about the Jayno Heights Landowners Association dues being due, please send a message to the treasurer from our website and I will send you a digital copy.

We are unable to accept payment through Quickbooks as there is a fee for this feature.
