Hello Residents,

With the fall semi-annual meeting coming up, we will be electing several new board members and we are looking for volunteers/nominations. Below are the nominations so far:

President - Open
1st Vice President – Donna Kowalski
2nd Vice President – Vicki Klein
Secretary – Maria Garcia
Treasurer/Financial Secretary – Kimberly Krutty
Two-year Trustees (2) – Rick Monteath, Andy Nestor
One-year Trustee – Open

Message From The Treasurer Re: JHLA Dues

Happy April 29, 2026! First of all, I would like to thank everyone who has already submitted their dues payment. As of today, I have received 74% of the dues from our home owners association members.
