Just a reminder that HOA dues are now past the deadline! If you have not yet paid your dues, you can mail them to Jayno Heights Landowners Association, 3123 St. Jude Dr., Waterford, MI 48329, or you can simply drop them in the secure mailbox at the beach lot. Thank you!

Happy April 29, 2026! First of all, I would like to thank everyone who has already submitted their dues payment. As of today, I have received 74% of the dues from our home owners association members.
