Fellow Loon Lake Residents! Your Fireworks Committee is looking for Perimeter Control volunteers for the evening of our Fireworks, on July 3rd. The duties of these volunteers are to:
Monitor and Control the perimeter of the anchored
fireworks barges
Keep boat traffic away from the anchored barges
This is less than a 2-hour commitment:
Perimeter control from 8pm - 9:45pm
Fireworks start at approximately 10:05pm
So, float on the lake around the barge, keep other boats away and have fun! You'll also be given a fancy flashing strobe light and a bull horn! If you or anyone you know will be watching the show from their boat, this is a perfect gig. About 20 minutes before show time your job is complete and you're free to go anchor your boat and enjoy the show.
