Submit Your Questions Regarding the Beach Lot Master Plan!

Dear Jayno Heights Residents,


At our semi-annual meeting on September 25, 2024, the attached documents were shared with those in attendance. Several important questions were raised during the discussion that could not be fully answered by either the Beach Lot Master Plan Committee or the Jayno Heights Board members.


To ensure that your concerns are addressed accurately, we have decided to consult with our contact at the Township Planning & Zoning Department for their expert input.


If you have specific questions related to planning and rezoning, please submit them via the Google form linked below no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 11, 2024. This will help us compile and present all inquiries to the Township for a comprehensive response.

Happy April 29, 2026! First of all, I would like to thank everyone who has already submitted their dues payment. As of today, I have received 74% of the dues from our home owners association members.
