Happy April 29, 2026! First of all, I would like to thank everyone who has already submitted their dues payment. As of today, I have received 74% of the dues from our home owners association members.

Hi there,
Does the neighborhood also have a service that picks up any leftover items that the homeowner no longer wants to keep? For example, furniture, a lawn mower, knick-knacks.
