Stray Dog Near Beach Lot

We would like to let everyone know that a stray dog has been spotted multiple times and as recently as this evening near the beach lot (possibly hiding under a boat). The dog appears to be a black pitbull mix with white feet. It looks like he or she might have an electronic fence collar, and the dog appears to be very malnourished. If you know anyone who is looking for a dog that meets that description, please let them know. Thank you for your help!
