General Reminder to Homeowners as you consider any future  projects for your home:

Please be mindful of our Jayno HOA deed restrictions that apply to any changes made to building structures and landscaping, etc . These  restrictions can be found on our website www.jaynoheights.com  under Deed Restrictions ( page 243-244, #3 "building plans" )  or you can click on this link to view the document: https://www.jaynoheights.com/_files/ugd/fd54b2_4a56f827c49942948597d31e75a58e44.pdf


Any changes would need to be reviewed by the Restrictions Committee.  The first step would be to click on this form, complete  and submit it per instructions.
