General Reminder to Homeowners as you consider any future  projects for your home:

Please be mindful of our Jayno HOA deed restrictions that apply to any changes made to building structures and landscaping, etc . Any changes would need to be reviewed by the Restrictions Committee.  The first step would be to click on this form, complete  and submit it per instructions.
