Anne M. McCarter

12/30/1929 - 8/3/2025

Anne McCarter, a longtime Jayno Heights resident moved here in 1965. She & her husband raised their family on Loon Lake. She was very active on the Jayno Heights HOA board serving at many positions over the years. She especially seemed to enjoy her time on the by-laws committee and the restrictions committee. All who knew her recognized her dedication to Jayno Heights HOA. Anne recently moved to assisted living quarters but enjoyed her long-time relationships with many of our residents. She will be missed. RIP Anne🙏🏼
