Please carefully read the attached information regarding boat/trailer storage and boat slip requests!

Boat/trailer storage, Shore storage and boat slip requests

JHLA will be accepting requests for summer trailer and/or winter boat/trailer storage, Shore storage and boat slip requests starting on March 12, 2026, FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS.  There are a limited number of spots in both storage and dock slips so  even if you had them last year, a new request is required each year.

The 2026 boat slip fees have been increased $25 across the board to ensure that the funds received exceed the costs of dock installation and removal. As a reminder, storage and boat slips are for the benefit of our membership and the boats and trailers must be the property of our residents. We may ask for proof of ownership before accepting the requests. Please review pages 5-6 of the 2025 Directory for more guidance concerning boat slips on the dock and storage in the beach lot.

The 2026-2027 fees

Storage fees: Boat trailer, Summer (May-Sept) $60, Boat on trailer, Winter (Oct-April) $60, Both winter and summer - $120, Shore (April-Sept, i.e. kayak)-$20

Dock fees: Boat with hoist: $180; Deep (Boat)- $150; Shallow (Jet Ski)-$115;

You can make request in the Contact Us portion of our website after midnight on March 12, 2026. It is recommended that you use a computer as the contact forms may not appear correctly on other devices      https://www.jaynoheights.com/copy-of-board-of-directors

** The winter/summer storage is requested from the second from the bottom contact form on the page: Recreation Area, Beach Lot Keys, Summer and Winter Storage

** The boat slip request is the bottom contact form and is used for both deep or shallow water request: Request a Boat Slip. Boat slips can only be requested and used for JHLA residents.
