Beach Lot Master Plan Update 7-19-24

Dear Jayno Heights Residents,

We are pleased to provide an update on the progress of the Beach Lot Master Plan, an initiative aimed at preserving our natural features and enhancing recreational opportunities for our community.

We have been in contact and are working with administrators within the Waterford Planning and Zoning division. Jayno Heights must apply for a Natural Features Preservation and Passive Recreation Overlay District for our beach lot to add a physical structure.

Our small group has divided up the tasks for submission of our application and will be presenting this information to Jayno Heights board members in August for approval. Once approved, we will submit our application and request a meeting with the Waterford Planning and Zoning division.
