Survey Results: Rezoning the Beach Lot

A community survey was conducted to gather resident input on whether to proceed with a plan to rezone the beach lot to accommodate proposed improvements. The results are as follows:      

Total responses received – 91

Yes – 17 responses

No – 74 responses

Based on the feedback, a significant majority of participating residents are not in favor proceeding with the rezoning plan.

Thank you to all residents who took the time to participate in the survey. These results will be taken into consideration as we evaluate next steps for the future of the beach lot.
