Volunteers Needed for Annual Picnic

We are looking for people who are willing to help facilitate the August 10th neighborhood picnic. Unfortunately although I am the chair, my son is getting married On the same day. So I am in need for someone to run the event. I will help as much as possible. I am holding a quick meeting at my home 3065 St Jude Dr on Monday May 20th at 6:30pm.
