I would like to thank everyone who provided comments regarding our refuse pickup issues. I will be discussing each of your issues with the rep from Advance Disposal this Tuesday. I will take up your issues within the Objectives to:

1. Reduce Costs for residents

2. Reduce Complexity/Complaints

3. Define specific resident requirements ie. # of bags spring/summer & fall

4. Define association requirements ie. # of bags for beach spring cleanup and occasional party cleanup.

5. Association involvement in contract/cost revisions

6. Advance Disposal to communicate available discounts and refuse requirements

7. Reduce refuse truck traffic and improve operational efficiency
