This question was brought up at the semi-annual meeting this week:

Why cant the board members use email to inform the sub?

Answer: We have been for a long time. Not on the emailing list? No problem. Request to be added to the emailing list (residents only) on the Board of Directors Page/Contact Us/Treasurer.
